Automotive Business Development Agent
Crestmont Toyota is interviewing for the position of entry-level BDC/Customer Care Agent. The bulk of a BDC/Customer Care Agent’s day involves assisting our current and future customers on the phone and internet in a friendly and professional matter. An outgoing personality with excellent communication (written and verbal) skills as well as attention to detail are essential to be successful in this position.
No early mornings or late hours! Our Customer Care department is only open from 9am – 7 pm Monday through Friday and from 9 am to 6 pm on Saturday. We are closed on Sundays. Previous Automobile BDC/Customer Care experience is welcome but not necessary.
