It's been three years and I still don't have my second key fob insert. Without it, it's impossible to put on a key chain or open the car if the fob battery dies. They've ghosted me and simply don't care. No phone call, no email, nothing.

Crestmont was the easiest dealership I found to work with after reaching out to about 10. I tried starting my negotiations via email with all 10 and crestmont was the only one that would do so. I negotiated most of my deal from home via email before even stepping into the dealership. They had zero mark ups and zero of the made up fees that dealers love to add. I can say I would highly recommend them to anyone who’s in the market.
Excellent service so far. My sales person Sergio was the best. Made me feel comfortable and valued. I would have liked a better negotiation with the higher ups but I wasn’t going to walk away from my deal for a few hundred dollars but I felt like you guys would have, which in my opinion, was wrong.

There are two incidents that reflect on the competence and professionalism' of this service center.
#1 - This service center is the only place we have ever taken our 2016 Toyota RAV4 for an oil change. Today they said I need a new oil pan because the threads on the oil drain plug were stripped. They had to be the ones that stripped the threads so why must I pay for a new oil pan. We declined the oil pan fix.

The dealer was very efficient and promptly serviced my vehicle much faster than expected, only issue I ran into was I was enjoying reading a book on their waiting room and the dealer had my car finished before I finished reading a interesting chapter in the book.
Crestmont always has provided superior service on my 2015 Tacoma. I recently bought the 2025 Tacoma Sport from Crestmont and waiting for it to arrive.

Service Center very unorganized and not focused on the Customer. Dropped off car at 6:45am for a 8:30am service appt, and not even looked at by 2:30pm. Lost a whole day waiting for the car. Manager said to go to a different dealer if not happy

Bought a vehicle from here at MSRP with no mark-ups or any unnecessary/forced dealer-installed add-ons. Very straightforward, transparent, and upfront. Amazing internet staff as well who provide all the information you want on emails or calls without forcing or insisting you come in person. Inquired and finalized everything email, came in to pick up the delivery a week later, and signed the paperwork. Was out of the lot in 15 minutes. No pressure at the finance office as well. Very pleasant experience.
The Service department has gone downhill this past year. Not knowledgeable, Unfriendly and they don’t return calls . Always get a voicemail. Big mistake buying a new Toyota this past year. The Sales people Were really nice to work with but the change in the service dept makes me wish I went with Hyundai.
There has been a big change in the past 6 months. Service dept. went down hill. I had an appointment (confirmed) to get my oil changed and perform 120K mile service. When I showed up 1/2 hour early they told me the guy that pumps the oil is going home now, maybe a service advisor can get him to stay. These salespeople are very unique in the world of car dealers. They are honest, fair, and put long term relationships over short term goals. I have not completed my purchase yet but as soon as I talked with them, I knew that I wanted to work with them.
Today I had my 2014 RAV4 in for the 60K mile checkup, and the service writer, Jeremy Hannon, was very professional and knowledgeable about my vehicle. After two hours, I was on my way. I bought my vehicle there and always had it serviced at Crestmont, a very reputable company.

I think Creastmont can be a little pricey, but I must admit I’ve never ever had a problem with my car.
Always a great job! Craig figured out how to stop the sensors when I had a bike hitch and a boat hitch. That was driving me crazy!
Roger always keeps me up to date and does a great job! I have 4 Toyota's will continue to bring them there for serve.
Service was excellent. The service rep found a coupon to save me about $20 on my oil change and the charge for a new parking light was very very reasonable. Also they reattached the splash protector under the front bumper for no charge. And this was all done in about an hour and a half. Very good work.
I have now owned four cars that we purchased at Crestmont, and I have been working with Roger and sometimes Craig on most visits. This time, I worked with Roger, and as usual, he treated me like an old friend. I know I can trust the service department at Crestmont to be honest and fair every time.

Have been a Toyota owner for almost 30 years..brought my 2018 Highlander in for routine maintenance and was told that I should replace the battery..cost $500.00..battery not covered in extended warranty..very disappointed
