There are two incidents that reflect on the competence and professionalism' of this service center. #1 - This service center is the only place we have ever taken our 2016 Toyota RAV4 for an oil change. Today they said I need a new oil pan because the threads on the oil drain plug were stripped. They had to be the ones that stripped the threads so why must I pay for a new oil pan. We declined the oil pan fix. #2 - They always rotate the tires when I get service. About a week after the last service, my wife complained of a noise when driving. Upon investigation, it was found that all the driverās side rear wheel lug nuts were loose. Its circumstantial, but I think a Crestmont mechanic was at fault. My family has purchased 4 vehicles from Crestmont and have used their service center often. I doubt that I will never deal with them again. Update 1: Hooray for reviews. Crestmont read my review and called me. They promised to take care of the oil drain plug issue. I will update this review again later. Update 2: Thanks to their Customer Relations Manager, Mike Mongiovi, they rethreaded the oil drain plug hole and didnāt charge us anything.
I purchased a 2024 RAV 4 Hybrid. Brandon was knowledgeable, experienced and efficient. I never knew buying a new car could be so easy and painless. He communicated with me every step of the way and is a really nice guy too. Joe xpeloaned all the packages and didnāt make me feel uneasy. Overall wonderful experience. Crestmont always has provided superior service on my 2015 Tacoma. I recently bought the 2025 Tacoma Sport from Crestmont and waiting for it to arrive.
Stay as far away from this person as possible, This sales person would not leave me alone, would not let me get back into my own car to leave until i threatened to call the police, the sales dept at this dealership is the absolute worst i have ever come across, i declined to lease a new car from them, i changed my mind due to their bad , horrendous behavior during the final paperwork stage of this deal and now will not release the charge on my credit card for $400 plus dollars, despite the fact of me never taking the car , i never even drove the car on a test drive, Also when i requested the return of my $400 plus dollars to my credit card, the sales manager claimed " His Receptionist " was not there then and so would not do it and then took things to the next level inside the dealership by making threatening advances toward me, I had to demand he back off, that is when i tried to leave the dealership by the door and was next accosted by this " Andy B. Person who as i mentioned above would not leave me alone until i threatened police. Please Stay away from the " Sales Dept "at this dealership, for your own sanity and well being

Very pleased with everything that needed to be done with my Tundra. The service center and the staff are wonderful.
They have deteriorated immensely since Roger W. and his son Craig left. I stayed with them for about a year and every time I went in for an oil change, All of the assistant service managers were different. Then came the push for un-needed repairs. The coup de grace occurred in February of 2022 when they put a front passenger side hubcap on so loose that it fell off somewhere on the highway. When I complained about it, demanding a free replacement, the assistant service manager complained that it would cost him 100 bucks (when I would guess they get if from their supplier for around 30.) When I came in at their convenience (a 60 mile round trip), The same assistant service manager insinuated that I was some kind of scam artist. Goodbye Crestmont after 11 years. Now I'm getting my 17 year old Corolla worked on in Morristown. I noticed there a similar pattern: Revolving door assistant service managers and they're slowly coming up with un-needed repairs. I'm giving them one more chance and then it's on to Clinton. I may be screwed anyway since I wouldn't be shocked if all three dealers are owned by the same LLC.
Service Center very unorganized and not focused on the Customer. Dropped off car at 6:45am for a 8:30am service appt, and not even looked at by 2:30pm. Lost a whole day waiting for the car. Manager said to go to a different dealer if not happy
